Every master was once an apprentice. At Antoine du Chez, our Apprentice Program isn’t about busywork—it’s a launchpad. Newly licensed cosmetologists step into real-world training under the guidance of our master stylists, refining advanced haircutting, balayage, color correction, and creative color techniques while working directly on guests.
Each service booked with an Apprentice helps build a living portfolio, showcasing artistry and confidence. You won’t just observe—you’ll participate, assist in consultations, and grow through monthly education, one-on-one mentorship, and feedback that bridges the gap between school and the salon floor.
