Our team members currently enjoy a set schedule averaging 32 hours per week and are financially killing it! . Not only do we use and sell the best products in the industry, such as Goldwell, Oribe, Olaplex, K18, and R+co, but we also utilize cutting-edge technology. Our Salon Scale system allows us to precisely measure and store color formulas, enabling us to move to a parts and labor pricing platform. This creates a new revenue stream for our stylists.
In fact, our stylists have the opportunity to earn additional color product bonuses of up to 20%. We sell hair color used as a retail item, so you not only receive your 50% commission but also have the potential to earn extra from monthly hair color sales.
