Beauty Culture is looking for beauty professionals who want to enjoy excitement, innovation, and in-house education while sharing their knowledge and growing their own beauty businesses.
This opportunity is for beauty professionals who want to become beauty entrepreneurs and share their gifts and talents to help us build an incredible team.
Licensed cosmetologists looking to grow their brand, heighten their skills and expand their business education are invited to apply for a coveted position at Beauty Culture opening Spring 2023. Beauty Culture will operate as a booth rental and commission salon. Booth rental rates start at $400/week. Commission is on a sliding scale ranging from 45% to 55% based on revenue. There are currently six chairs and one private suite available. You can enjoy the the flexibility of creating your own schedule and carving out a niche for yourself in the beauty community whether your specialty is hair, makeup or esthetics.
We are located in a vintage loft in the South Loop, Chicago. Americas Beauty Show is one of our partners and will begin hosting classes at our location in 2023, where you will enjoy top industry educators first-hand as a team member.

Beauty Culture is a new collaborative salon experience, where our mission is to develop beauty professionals into beauty entrepreneurs.
Through our network of beauty industry leaders and business education programs, we are creating beauty entrepreneurs, who will have an owners mindset to establish wealth. Founded by Coral Lahiani, A Hyde Park, Chicago native. Coral is a hair stylist, educator, beauty entrepreneur, and business coach, with nearly 40 years of professional experience. Under the umbrella of Beauty Culture, Coral also hosts continuing education classes via The Coral Lahiani Institute for Advanced Cosmetology; an institute devoted to education for licensed cosmetologists through a well-curated curriculum focusing on art, science, and business development.
