At Bioelements, education isn’t an add-on—it’s the foundation. As a Bioelements Educator, you serve as an education specialist representing a brand built for the professional. You’ll lead in-person trainings at salon and spa partner locations, deliver impactful learning experiences, and help estheticians connect skin biology to real, treatment-room results. From hands-on protocol education and select virtual sessions to industry events and brand activations, your presence helps elevate skills, strengthens partnerships, and deepens trust in professional skin care.

This role is designed for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist who believes education is essential to exceptional outcomes and thriving careers. You’re confident in front of a room, energized by meaningful conversations, and highly organized behind the scenes. You bring professionalism, warmth, and clarity to every class you lead—whether you’re demonstrating protocols, supporting events, or collaborating with internal teams.

Who you are:

• A licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with 3+ years of experience in skincare education, esthetics instruction, spa training, and education event coordination.
• Comfortable leading hands-on and virtual classes, and energized by engaging fellow professionals
• Able to translate skin biology and science into practical, treatment-room-ready protocols
• Known for a professional, warm, and confident teaching presence
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a 1099, project-based role
• Based in or near one of the states listed below and open to regional travel
