Associate Program:
Our Associate Program is a 25 to 40-week comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in
the areas of technical skills, guest handling and business building. Our Associates work with one of our
dedicated service providers to grow into a skilled technician. Like our service providers, our Associate Program
has a performance-based system. Each level has specific skill sets that are the focus of training for that level
only. With each level jump there is a pay raise and the opportunity to move up to the next level.
The salon provides an environment for growth, learning and support. It is our commitment that every associate graduate
from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in
our industry. We pride ourselves with our culture of honesty, integrity, trust and friendship. We are always on
the lookout for potential associates. We are looking for individuals with passion, eagerness to learn and
willingness to be trained and coached.

The primary goal of our salon company is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team and to offer several options for our guests to meet their needs and budget. Guests may choose the stylist level that best fits their requests from skill set to budget.All of our stylists, regardless of prior experience must attend our training program. Our salon companies program guarantees quality control.Our unique training program was developed by the owner Christy. It is what sets us apart from anywhere else. Ordinary salons do hair consultations, we do beauty audits!
