Hair Stylist/Master Colorist
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert haircuts, blowouts, and hairstyling services tailored to client needs.
• Deliver professional color services, including highlights, ombré, balayage techniques,
and color corrections.
• Perform keratin treatments and other hair smoothing services.
• Upsell and recommend appropriate hair care products to clients, earning additional
bonuses.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to salon standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
• NYS Cosmetology License (required).
• 15+ years of professional experience as a hairstylist/colorist.
• Proficient in advanced color techniques and styling trends.
• Ability to work late shifts and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
