This Artist Network is a dynamic team of individuals who are passionate about educating and inspiring fellow professionals while sharing of knowledge and love of L’Oréal Professionnel. This includes our brand usage guidelines as well as individual inspiration gained from using L’Oréal Professionnel behind the chair.

This team teaches in salons and stores, on stage and backstage at events and shows as well as at our academies. They enjoy live education face to face as well as delivering compelling education virtual L’Oréal Professionnel develops and grows this network to ensure they are set up for success and ready to inspire. This starts with the Color Ambassador program and Artist Immersion on-boarding, Artistic LABS throughout the year and our annual training event, Foundation where we inspire the future.

• Have you completed Color Ambassador, or would you like to?
• Have you been licensed for 12 months or more?

How do I join the L’Oréal Professionnel Artist Networ

Qualifications

• Must submit a 60 second video “Why I want to become a L’Oréal Professionnel artist.”
• Must have an active cosmetology license
• Minimum of three years' experience in the salon industry must have a minimum of one year experience using L'Oréal Professionnel products or has been an Educator from another manufacturer
• Willing to travel and work weekends / minimum of 2 days per month
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be enthusiastic
• Quality hairdressing skills; including haircolor and cutting and styling
• Currently work in a salon that uses L'Oréal Professionnel as the primary brand color and haircare or work as a Professional, Session or Editorial Artist using L'Oréal Professionnel products
• Must have attended an Expert Network Program or Color Ambassador Program
