Salon Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator

An Elevated Start to Your Salon Journey
At Mirror Mirror Salon, we believe every strong stylist’s journey starts with the right environment. We’re looking for a Salon Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator who wants more than just a job — someone who is excited to learn, grow, and become part of a team that truly supports one another.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the salon’s daily flow. You’ll welcome guests, support scheduling, assist stylists behind the chair, and help maintain the polished, welcoming environment our clients know and love. But beyond the daily responsibilities, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in a successful salon setting. Observe experienced professionals, understand how a strong book of business is built, and learn what it takes to grow in this industry.
If you’re newly licensed or early in your beauty career, this position offers hands-on exposure and mentorship in a real working salon. If you’re more operations-focused, it offers the chance to develop leadership skills and become an integral part of how the salon runs. Either way, you won’t just be “helping out” — you’ll be contributing to a culture built on trust, professionalism, and long-term relationships.
At Mirror Mirror, growth is organic.
If you’re ready to step into a salon environment where you can learn, contribute, and grow with intention, we’d love to meet you.
Details
Mirror Mirror Salon is the kind of place you notice the moment you walk in—easy parking, a welcoming space, and a calm, confident energy that feels lived-in, not staged. Established in 2010 and built with intention over the past 15+ years, it’s a salon where relationships come first: with guests, with the craft, and with each other. The team is small by design—eight stations, a tight-knit crew, and a genuinely “we’ve got you” kind of camaraderie. People here know one another, support one another, and show up with pride. It’s professional without being stiff, elevated without being pretentious—just a steady, feel-good environment where experienced stylists can do their best work and still enjoy coming to work.
