Oxana Salon is currently looking for Associates to add to our amazing team. If you are interested in cutting, coloring, and styling that is up to date with current trends and guided by a mentor we'd like to meet you.
Our team of collaborators works together to develop multi-layered education programs that are integrated and targeted to each specialized area of expertise. We leverage our team members' personal strengths, creative thinking, and strong relationships to effectively teach the next generation of upcoming stylists - all to inspire connection, interest, and engagement. Our mission is to inspire confidence by providing luxury brands, products, and services that help people live unlimited.
Associates will be paired with a mentor and work alongside them and their clientele. Associate requirement is a license in Cosmetology in Tennessee.

Welcome to Oxana Salon, located in the heart of Nashville. We take pride in our fantastic team, who specialize in exceptional treatments and offer unbeatable customer service.
Meet Oxana, Our Founder: Born in Moldova, Oxana made a bold move to the U.S. in 2007, leaving behind a full-ride scholarship and a degree in Finance. Hairdressing is in her blood—her father was the neighborhood hairdresser, and she was always captivated by his tools. Once licensed, Oxana immersed herself in the industry, continuously seeking education to perfect her craft. Oxana’s dedication to customer service, unique formulas, and ongoing education keeps her inspired. She has attended classes worldwide, from a cutting course at Vidal Sassoon Academy in London to earning her MBA (Master Balayage Academy) certification in New York City. Her impressive experience includes Fashion Week in London and New York, serving as the Head Stylist for the FashionTV Eyewear launch in Paris, and volunteering her talents to help sex-trafficking survivors.
