THE REDKEN ARTIST AUDITION PACKAGE must be completed with the following and included on your BEAUTISTA portfolio:
- Audition video
- Work experience
- Bio photo
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Social media handles
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years with a cosmetology license
- Must work in a Redken salon using at least 2 Redken haircolor lines, plus Redken haircare & styling products
- Must have completed the following Redken Education Programs or have equivalent experience:
- Redken Specialist & Authority
- Redken Haircolor Certification
- If selected, must complete and graduate from Redken Artist Induction Training
