That’s why we’re looking for an Education Leader - a stylist who isn’t just experienced behind the chair, but passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring others.
Here, your role goes beyond great hair. You’ll guide new artists through structured education, host classes that spark fresh ideas, and mentor stylists in a way that honors every learning style. Empathy and inclusivity aren’t side notes, they’re at the core of how we grow.
What this looks like day-to-day:
- Leading associates through pre-defined education modules.
- Hosting monthly classes with local educators or crafting your own in-house sessions.
- Bringing our brand to life in every training.
- Coaching service providers hands-on, sharing both technical and business skills.
- Using tools like L’Oréal Access to track, assign, and celebrate learning progress.
This is a contracted leadership role in addition to your guest services, with opportunities to earn through commission, retail bonuses, hourly pay, and tips. But the true reward? Watching stylists around you evolve, thrive, and find their own voice.
