My approach blends technical expertise with a modern eye, honoring classic techniques while embracing current trends—so every client leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and truly seen. I’m deeply committed to understanding individual style and delivering personalized solutions that enhance each person’s unique features.
I’ve worked in a wide range of environments—including corporate salons, as a suite renter, and as a salon owner—which has given me a deep understanding of different salon cultures, business models, and creative workflows. This experience allows me to connect with professionals at every stage of their journey and adapt to many salon styles with ease.
As an educator, it’s an honor to support others in the salon industry. One of the greatest joys of my life is watching people learn something new, make it their own, and rise into possibilities they never imagined. Helping others grow in confidence and skill is not just my career—it’s my purpose

I am applying for the Redken AMP Haircolor Mentorship because it represents an incredible opportunity to be coached by the best in the industry—and in turn, continue helping others become the best version of themselves. Whether it’s a guest, stylist, or RA, I am passionate about supporting anyone who is ready to level up.
Building on a solid foundation through the AMP program will allow me to grow with intention and make the most of this mentorship. My journey in the beauty industry is driven by a genuine love for transforming and empowering people through hair. I believe in passing down not just technical skills, but the principles of creating a life you love by helping others feel confident and valued.
I am deeply committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of hair artistry by mastering the latest products and techniques.
