Sierra Salvino

Greetings,

My name is Sierra Salvino, and I'm a future professional at Paul Mitchell MTI. I wasn't always sure I wanted to be a cosmetologis, but I always knew I wanted to be around and help others. Previously, I was a psychology student at Sierra College studying to obtain a clinical PH.D. When COVID shut down Sierra College, it really gave me a chance to rethink how I felt about my current career path. I learned I had grown to hate it. I was unhappy and I didn't know what to do. I had always loved messing around with my own hair and the hair of those around me. I asked myself "why not turn something I really enjoy into my career?" I'm ready to move into a career that I love and am excited about.
