I value all further education experiences that will expose me to new influences and drive my inspiration in life and the beauty industry. I had just started my time on the floor when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and we switched to remote learning. Every day I could see how much being present in your education no matter the situation is crucial to success and I will continue implying that throughout my career. Especially during COVID the need for human connection in safe settings is vital and I feel blessed to be able to take care of people during this time and that I am entering the industry with a natural understanding of new standards of service in a new world. Having a guest in my chair motivates and inspires me knowing I have the opportunity to positively impact their life, from helping them look and, more importantly feel, their best. Connecting to guests, listening to their stories and building relationships fulfills me along with the work.
