CoLab Salon was created as a response to a culture that needed to be disrupted. If your success comes at the price of working in an environment of fear and control, you’re not alone.  Your books are full but you feel like you don’t matter to the company you work for. Your commission is figured out and given to you in a way that lacks transparency and you feel under compensated. Maybe you are working for yourself, renting a space/suite because you left working the salon that took advantage of you. They didn’t see your value. Now you miss working with a team! But you’ve also had the taste of personal freedom by working for yourself. This is all too familiar, isn’t it? We refuse to accept that this is the norm in our industry. We are setting a new standard for the salon industry.  CoLab is a place where we support our stylists and clients. It’s a place where we can all breathe and grow. We cultivate an enviroment filled with love, knowledge, support, respect, and of course, hard work! We’re hairdressers but we are also human beings, here to encourage inner growth and beauty. SO!
