Hannah Hartman

My name is Hannah and I am a student at Paul Mitchell The School Spokane. I chose this industry because of the flexibility to be who I want to be as an individual artist- There are no limits in this industry. The excitement of never knowing what I’m going to get in my chair is what drives me. I use color as a way to express the artistic side in me. Everyone’s hair tells a unique story and I love that I get the opportunity to be a part of that story. Color drives me to think outside of the box and pushes me to do better; learning new techniques, color formulations, etc. I believe I have one of the best jobs the work industry has to offer because I get to make people feel confident and beautiful when they walk out of my chair. My goal is to reach high in this industry and take myself as far as I can- I am going to be a celebrity hairstylist. I want to travel and do hair for movies/fashion shows. I plan to own a salon and build my own brand, where I will create my own haircare and color products for professionals to use. I want to be able to provide for my family and show my daughter that she is capable of reaching her dreams no matter how big they are.
