Born and raised in Monterrey, N.L, Mexico, Laura graduated from Tec de Monterrey Law School, a private university ranked #28 in the world and #1 in Mexico. Beginning her career and following her call as a junior corporate law attorney she decided to continue her education pursuing a masters’ degree in Private Law to finally find her way into her last position as legal counsel and executive assistant at a residential and industrial real estate private company before moving into the United States in 2011 following her husband’s temporary international work assignment. Thriving in a new country, a new culture and away from extended family she switched gears growing and nurturing a different vocation and along with her loving and supportive partner, she has raised two bi-cultural beautiful children who now recognize and call Nashville and its beautiful community, home and family.
Realizing that the temporary assignment was not temporary at all after becoming a permanent resident, she dug deep inside until she heard her third call in life getting enrolled as a cosmetology student at Aveda Institute Nashville back in January 2020. She currently enjoys learning the whys and the art of the craft behind the beauty industry.
