Paola Covarrubias-Miller

Hi! My name is Paola Covarrubias-Miller and I am currently a student at Paul Mitchell the School Logan. By early next year, I will be a licensed Master Esthetician working in a challenging—yet rewarding career. My fascination in the beauty industry began when I was in high school. However, I chose not to pursue a career in it. Rather, I attended Utah State University and received my degree in Political Science with a minor in Women and Gender Studies. As much as I enjoyed my college experience, the classes I took, and the challenge that it was, I knew upon graduation that I would not pursue a job in that field. Rather, I wanted to seek a job in an industry that I knew I would love and succeed in. Though it is absolutely terrifying to start over and in a field so different than the one I assumed I would settle for, I am excited for this journey. Right now, I am soaking up as much knowledge as possible to prepare for a job related to skin-care. I hope to work in a medical-spa and specialize in skin-care.
