Hi! My name is Abigail Journagan, and welcome to my portfolio! I am 19 years old, and I'm from a small southern town in Oklahoma. For years, I wanted to be a high school english teacher, but realized beauty is my real, true passion, and that I can actually be, and do great in this industry! I just started at Paul Mitchell The School in Norman in January 2021, but I already know I am in the right place!

Why I'm here

Beauty has always been my passion, but more than that, I am passionate about service. I truly believe I was put on this earth to serve people, and to love on people. "Beauty" is not always the physical, it is also the emotional. Making someone's day more beautiful, making someone truly feel beautiful in their own skin is what I am all about! I love being around people, and forming connections, even if it's only 15 minutes in my chair! I hope to specialize in extensions, wedding hair, and coloring, and I know that Paul Mitchell will give me the best education I could ever receive. I am always eager for an opportunity, especially if it means I can learn more!
