Hi there! I am a 19 year old from southeast Michigan. I starated the Esthi program at the end of Febuary and fell in love with the Aveda world pretty quickly. I have always had a love for beauty and I knew I wanted to be in the industry somehow.

Getting into the Esthi program has been a goal of mine for the past few years. In this Industry I feel as if I can set goals and further my education throughout my life. I was inspired by my sister as she was a student in the cosmotology program in 2020. When visiting Douglas J it felt like such a happy environment and was something I was interested in from day one. Every since I was young I knew I wanted to be in a career field that was hands on, yet is why, when I found the Esthiology program I fell in love.
