With over 30 years of industry experience, Alice built her reputation through runway work and hair competitions before establishing her own salon 20 years ago. Debra, an NYC native with a background in medicine, brought her people skills and business acumen to co-create AD Hair Studio. Together, they've cultivated an environment where every client feels like a celebrity — from the moment they walk in to the moment they rebook. Alice is a Wella-certified Master Colorist, and both owners are deeply committed to education, creativity, and unparalleled client satisfaction.
