Adirondack Salt Cave is a family-owned holistic healing arts center nestled in downtown Glens Falls, New York, at the foothills of the Adirondacks. Our centerpiece is a man-made Himalayan Salt Environment that recreates the unique microclimate and healing properties of deep salt caves used for centuries — where just 45 minutes equals the benefits of a full week at the ocean. Beyond Halotherapy, we offer a comprehensive range of wellness services including Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Reiki, Therapeutic Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, and more. We also host yoga classes, sound journeys, and make-and-take events, all incorporating Halotherapy.
