Alara Bowsher

Hey! My name is Alara and I'm a 21 year old cosmetology student. Growing up, I was always doing my friend's hair and makeup, and had a monthly tradition of dying my grandmother's hair fun, bright colors. Having grown up in a very small town, salons and spas were a big treat for me. I only ever got haircuts until I was in high school, with the occasional pedicure. My sister in law started to taking me to bigger salons to get my hair done, as a bonding experience, and I realized that I wanted to help people feel as beautiful as the stylists made me feel. Additionally, I also do a lot of bridal modeling and always loved learning from the hair and makeup artists, and the techniques that they were doing.  

I've always felt that finding yourself beautiful should be the most important thing in your tool belt, and I want to help people in any way that I can to feel that way. Whether it's through makeup or hair. I also have experience making music and creating my own music videos, and would love to help people feel and look their best on camera. My main goal is to make people feel beautiful without any effort on their end.
