Alesha Gray

My name is Alesha Gray. I was born in Atlanta, Georgia, where I still currently reside. I am a 24 year-old student, studying at the Elaine Sterling Institute to become a master cosmetologist. Before attending beauty school, I had not ever done hair but I knew anything I wanted to do I could be the best at it. In the year of 2020, I began doing nails and quickly excelled doing so. However, I felt like I could expand my talent more beyond just nails. Additionally, I gained a deep interest in makeup and I started offering those services alongside manicures. At that point. I decided that my goal would be to offer different beauty services similar to a one-stop shop. In comparison, I made the decision to incorporate hair as well, which led me here. Although I can now perform the most bounciest silk press you will ever see, my expertise is technically still nails because I have been doing those for years already. Furthermore, I will specialize in treating natural hair and wig installs or weave extensions. I knew that attending beauty school would be the best way to properly learn all the skills that I needed to legally exceed in my profession. Above all, my ultimate goal is to become a beauty salon owner with multiple salon locations. I will reach my goal by continuing to show up and show out within my profession. It has been proven that anything I place my mind to do and lay my hands on, I can and will exceed at it. Therefore, I will stay focused and work harder each and every day to become the absolute best at what I do. After mastering my skills, I will take at least 3 years to save enough money to design my very first dream salon. Then from there on, my brand will strive and expand to be one of the largest corporations from my city of Atlanta, Georgia.
