About me
My name is Alexa Valencia, and I am currently a student at Educators Of Beauty. I've always been drawn to the world of beauty, and I love how much creativity goes into it. From a young age, I enjoyed experimenting with hair, makeup, and different styles and not just for myself, but for friends and family too. Seeing how something as simple as a new hairstyle or color could boost someone's confidence made me realize that this is what I want to do as a career. Beauty has always been a part of who I am. My dream is to use my skills to inspire confidence, spread positivity , and make every person who sits in my chair feel special.

Why I'm here
I chose to be in cosmetology school because I've always had a passion for beauty , creativity, and helping people feel confident in their own skin. To me, cosmetology is more than just hair, makeup , and skincare. I love the idea that through my work, I can make someone's day brighter and help them see their own beauty. I'm here because I want to turn that passion into a career. I want to learn the professional techniques and skills that will allow me to do what I love everyday. This program is giving me the foundation I need to become a skilled, knowledgeable, and confident cosmetologist, someone who not only creates great looks, but also builds real connections with client's. Ultimately, I'm here because I believe that beauty can empower people, and I want to be part of that transformation.
