About me
My name is Alex I am 22 living in the Central Valley of California with my baby Shih Tzu Horchata. I was born in Africa and lived there, moving countries now and again, until I was 11. From there I moved to Singapore in Southeast Asia. I traveled all over Asia with my family getting to experience a multitude of diverse cultures, until I was 21 when I moved to California. I am a loyal, fun and adventurous girl. I try to live a life of integrity, responsibility, and hard work. During my free time, I search social media for new beauty techniques to add to my repertoire. I am interested in hair specifically layered cuts, textured/curly hair, vivid colours, makeup (editorial), and nails (Russian manicuring).

Why I'm here
When I was 13 I always thought that beauty makeovers in TV and Movies looked fun. So when I graduated from HS I decided to try it out. Therefore I enrolled in a local Hair School called Kimage Hair to learn how to be an expert. However, I was only taught the practical information and none of the theory so when I moved to California I decided to join Paul Mitchell the School Fresno to expand the information I was taught. Although when I was 13 I enjoyed watching the extreme transformations the characters would undergo, now with my own experience I have learned to love the subtle ways of bringing out my client's inner beauty and seeing the true joy they feel.
