Alexia "Lexi" Johnny

My name is Lexi Johnny and I'm a mother, a wife and an Independent 'Hair Sculpting Artist' living in Portland Oregon. I decided to become a part of the beauty Industry after auditioning  well known television show  SYTYCD to pursue my Dreams of becoming a Professional Dancer. I made it very Far and then I was Rejected but that Rejection  was what Inspired and Pushed me towards pursing my other passion which was Hair.  I've always had a Passion for the Art of Hair Design since a very young age of seven.  I found it very fascinating that hair can be styled and manipulated in many different Ways. I'm really passionate about creating and Customizing very Specific looks to compliments each of my client's features. I do enjoy working with all types of hair textures  because it showcase's my Skills  and Ability to work on any texture. However I'm really in love with Sculpting Various Curl Textures. Am just so in love with the fact that each Curl is unique in its own way. And when Cut and Shaped nicely, they just come alive!!I'm often Inspired by Nature...there's so much to see and look at and that Inspires me as an artist. As well as things such as Art, Fashion,  Places , Colors, People and the Simpliest things are some of which fuels my passion and keeps me doing what I love in this Industry!
