About me
My name is Alexis Stickler, and I am a dedicated cosmetology student at Paul Mitchell The School Great Lakes in Port Huron, Michigan, where I have been enrolled since September 2023. In addition to my studies, I work full-time as a waitress, demonstrating strong time management and a solid work ethic. At 20 years old, I take pride in my independence and drive—most recently reflected in my purchase of my first home in April 2024. I am passionate about the beauty industry and committed to building a successful career through hard work, responsibility, and continuous learning.

Why I'm here
I have always had a passion for beauty and self-expression, particularly through hair and makeup. From the start of school, I’ve enjoyed working with color and styling, and I’ve found true fulfillment in helping others feel confident and beautiful. I’m especially drawn to blonding services, with a strong preference for working on level 7 or higher hair. I love creating dimensional looks, whether through full-head babylights or natural, lived-in styles. Upon graduating in May 2025, I aim to specialize in blonding and continue growing my skills in modern color techniques.
