Hi, my name is Alison! Since I was little, I've been doing my hair and started hair cutting at fourteen years old. As I developed my love for hair, I also grew my creativity in playing several musical instruments and doing art. My sisters and I formed a band and blessed people with our music every year. Playing music for thirteen years has helped me express my flare for improvising, which now I get to implement in hairstyling. During that time, I also made my way through homeschooled high school and Running Start, graduating at age seventeen with an AA degree. I worked as a barista for a year, and now I am here in school living my dream of learning to be a hairstylist.
