As the founder of Shear Glamour Salon, I have successfully operated my business for 15 years, developing expertise in healthy hair care, client relations, salon management, and business development.
My professional journey includes cosmetology education, mentoring emerging beauty professionals, and building a recognized salon brand. I bring a unique combination of hands-on technical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and industry leadership.
