About me
Hi! I’m Allie, and if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I love nature and being outside. Whether it’s hitting the beach in the summer or sledding down the dunes in the winter, I’m always looking for a reason to get outdoors.
I’m currently attending The Salon Professional Academy in Holland, Michigan, and I’m on track to graduate in December 2025. I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry, and I’m so excited to keep learning, growing, and chasing big dreams in this field. When I’m passionate about something, I go all in—and beauty is definitely one of those things.
I’m super community-oriented. You’ll usually catch me strolling through the downtown farmers market or supporting local spots. I’m also a total animal lover. I’m lucky to have an amazing support system in my family, and they’ve always been my biggest cheerleaders as I pursue this dream career.

Why I'm here
There are so many reasons why I’ve chosen to pursue esthetics. For starters, my grandma was always my biggest cheerleader when it came to beauty. Growing up with five brothers, it wasn’t always easy to express my femininity—but my mom and grandma helped nurture my curiosity about makeup, skincare, and hair. They made space for me to explore who I was and fall in love with the beauty world.
In high school, I started struggling with cystic and fungal acne caused by hormones, poor eating habits, lack of sleep, and, most of all, depression. It took a big toll on my confidence, so I started doing research. I went from using basic drugstore scrubs to building the skincare routine I swear by now. As my skin cleared, my confidence grew—and that’s when I realized how powerful skincare and self-care really are.
Now, I want to give that same feeling to others. I want to help people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds feel like themselves again—whether that’s through clearer skin, a soothing facial, or a glam makeup look that makes them glow inside and out. I’m beyond excited to be entering the esthetics field, to learn and grow within this industry, and to connect with others who share the same passion.
