About me
Hi, my name is Allison Richards but I have gone by Allie since I can remember. I am a licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician from White Bear Lake, MN. I am a graduate from both The Salon Professional Academy and Savant Aesthetics Institiute. One of my favorite phrases that I live by is "give your heart but keep your head". I am passionate and care deeply, but I see the logistics in everything. I truly believe in being a part of a team and strive to bring everything i've got to the table.

Why I'm here
Every since I was little I had a love for the industry, whether it was watching tutorial videos on YouTube or never wanting to leave the makeup aisles in the store. The beauty industry has always captivated me. When I think of myself five or ten years down the road I want to be able to say I've learned so much and I am not going to stop, I want to be able to have helped as many people as I can feel not only beautiful on the outside but the inside as well, and I want to help push the industry as whole to keep growing as well.
