Hi, I'm Allyson Hernandez - a creative and grounded professional who brings positivity and intention to everything everything I do. I pride myself on being consistent, punctual, reliable and resilient, both in my work and in my life as a mother, sister, daughter and friend-someone my loved ones know they can always count on.

I'm naturally creative and think outside the box, often noticing patterns and finding solutions others might overlook. I take an analytical approach to life, viewing everything as a sort of science- always evolving, always open to knew understandings. That mindset fuels my passion for learning and growth, especially in the esthetics field, where i'm constantly inspired to expand my knowledge and refine my craft. 

Beyond my career, I enjoy hands-on creativity like reconstructing band tees and formulating skincare products, which i truly love gifting for special occasions -and have even sold from time to time. It's truly a labor of love, and i enjoy every part of the process, from planning to creating.

Most importantly, i'm passionate about connecting with others and creating a safe, welcoming space where people feel seen and cared for. Pursuing a career in esthetics has given me a strong sense of purpose and belonging, and I;m beyond excited to continue growing in a field that blends creativity, science, and genuine human connection.
