Mandy Spence

 I have been in the industry for 15 years. My goal was to work in a salon that valued a positive work environment, teamwork & an amazing customer service experience. I loved working behind the chair but my passion is fueled by leadership, coaching and Salon management. I wanted to learn more about the business side of running a salon so after a few years as a stylist I transitioned into sharing my time behind the chair and managing front desk operations. After growth within that position I decided to step away from working behind the chair and took a position as a Salon Director.
As of March 2025, I am specializing in Brazilian Blowout Services & have a goal of pursuing the opportunity of becoming a BBO Educator. I have a heart for hospitality & love connecting with guests & making sure everyone feels valued and cared for.
