Amelia Siders

Hi! I'm a 19 year old cosmetology student at Walk with Scissors in Middletown, Pennsylvania. I'm excited to finally follow my passion by starting cosmetology school! My mother is a barber and owns her own salon, so I have grown up around the industry. I was braiding my dolls hair at 6 and curling a mannequins hair at 10. I have always been passionate about beauty, I would do my friends' hair for events and practice new skills on mannequins my mom would bring home for me. Makeup and skin care are also super important to me, I grew up with acne and practiced ways to cover it with makeup and calm it with a good skin care routine, eventually getting me to the point I am at today. This is what I love to do and I'm happy to be able to finally do it!
