About me
My name is Amiyah and I am a fresh graduate of Paul Mitchell The School, I am currently 20 ears old and I aspire to accomplish so much more within the cosmetology community. Hair has always been something that I was very fond of and knew that I would want to do so much with that moving forward which is now and later on in life.
Fresh out of highschool I made the decision to go straight to cosmetology school without a doubt and I haven't given up since. One day I want to be able to say that I own my very own salon or booth and I know it will happen.

Why I'm here
I grew up around African American hair all my life, seeing how to manage it, treat it, love it was so amazing to me that someday I knew I would want to pursue it and I did. Being in hair school really expands your horizon and introduces you to so much that you wouldn’t have thought about before and that’s exactly what it did for me. Now I am living in the moment, pursuing my dreams, learning and accomplishing so much because of the tools and knowledge I have received being in cosmetology school.
