Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in salon operations, retail management, customer experience, and cosmetology education, where I've discovered that my greatest strength lies in developing people.

Whether I'm coaching front desk teams, creating educational materials, designing retail initiatives, or mentoring future beauty professionals, I believe learning should be engaging, practical, and inspiring. I enjoy taking complex product knowledge and turning it into education that is easy to understand and immediately applicable behind the chair.

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, I am expanding my knowledge of consumer behavior, brand strategy, and digital marketing to complement my industry experience.
