Ariana Fernandez

Hi. I'm Ariana,

I'm 22 years old and I'm a licensed cosmetologist. I have been very passionate about hair and makeup since I was about 15. I love everything about the beauty industry. I love that it is constantly changing and has no limits.

 I started doing makeup when I was 15, it started off just doing my friends makeup and hair for fun. It was just a hobby, I did makeup for all school events for the rest of my time in high school. But after highschool, I decided I didn't want to go to college because I had no clue as to what I wanted to do.

A couple years pass and it hit me that I should work in beauty industry. So I immediately enrolled into Bellus Academy. While I was there, I learned what my strengths and weaknesses are. I used to hate doing hair but I've learned to appreciate it more now that I fully understand it. I can also confidently state that my strengths are makeup, free painting, color correction, hair styling and hair coloring. I graduated in March 2021, I took a break from hair because I hadn't been sure as to where I wanted to settle down for a job and to begin building clientele. 

I love that I chose this careepath. It brings me joy and excitement when I think about all the endless possiblities and opportunities this industry can bring me. I don't think my passion for beauty will ever die.
