About me
My name is Ariana Garcia, I am 21 years old and I grew up in Pittsburg, CA. I graduated from Pittsburg High school in 2020 during covid and went straight into cosmetology school. When I first started at Paul Mitchell East Bay everything was virtuaI because we were still in the middle of a pandemic. It was a difficult adjustment but by the end of core we were on campus. While I was in school I got certified for eyelash extensions and tape in extensions. Once I finished school, I attended a braiding class and was also certified for that. I enjoy doing extensions, cutting, coloring, styling, and braiding hair.

Why I'm here
I've always been interested in hair since I was a child. When I was in pre-school I cut my friend's hair with design scissors, i've also cut myself bangs right before picture day. When I was in high school I would do my friends hair using gel or hot tools. My senior year I started taking clients doing feed in braids and extended ponytails, I also continued to do styles with gel and hot tools. Before I finished high school I took a tour of a cosmetology school and loved it so I decided that's what I wanted to do.
