About me
Hi, my name is Ariana! Friends and family call me Nany :) I recently started the Cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell. I came here straight out of high school at 17 years old. When I was growing up, painting was a creative outlet of mine, so playing with color is really intriguing and fun to me. Ever since I was little, I would sit people down in front of a mirror and do their hair in a variety of ways. This helped me discover that braiding is also an absolute favorite of mine! With my inner creativity I have been able to explore, I feel that Paul Mitchell is the perfect place for me. I am beyond thrilled to see where this new journey in life will take me!

Why I'm here
Growing up, I never really enjoyed traditional school as I felt constricted into pursuing a traditional career after. Once I graduated high school, the pandemic happened and the realization that life is too short hit me. I decided I want to spend the rest of my life doing what I absolutely love. Not only do I love it but knowing I can help people feel beautiful makes me feel a sense of gratification. After earning my cosmetology license, I plan to work towards my barber’s license. Soon after that, I intend to earn a business degree, as I would love to one day open a salon of my own.
