I’ve been working in the beauty industry since 2016 as a licensed cosmetologist and became a licensed esthetician in 2021. Over the years, I’ve naturally stepped into leadership roles, serving as a lead esthetician in multiple workplaces where I helped train new hires, support continuing education, and maintain consistent standards across services.
I currently own and operate Skin Glow KC, where I balance running a business with hands-on work in the treatment room. Alongside client care, I regularly train and guide estheticians, share practical knowledge, and support professional growth through real-world experience rather than theory alone.
I enjoy education because it allows me to support other professionals in a way that feels practical, relatable, and achievable. My focus is on helping estheticians build confidence in their skills, stay organized in their approach, and feel supported as they grow in their careers. I value clear communication, professionalism, and creating learning environments that feel approachable and respectful.

I’m here because I’m passionate about professional education and supporting estheticians in their growth. Throughout my career, I’ve naturally taken on leadership and training roles, and I enjoy helping other professionals build confidence, consistency, and clarity in their work.
I believe strong education creates better outcomes not just for skin, but for careers. I’m here to connect with brands that value education, integrity, and the professional treatment room, and to contribute my experience through teaching, training, and meaningful collaboration.
