I’ve always been a person with multiple passions, but cosmetology is something that has quietly been calling my name for a very long time.

For nearly 20 years, my hair has been my own little canvas. Different colors, different cuts, shaved sides, bold styles, and plenty of experimentation — hair has always been one of the ways I express who I am. I’ve never been afraid to change it, try something different, or step outside of the “normal.” Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t just love doing my own hair… I loved everything about the art of hair.

The creativity. The transformation. The confidence that comes from looking in the mirror and finally seeing you. There’s something incredibly powerful about being able to take someone’s idea, personality, or even a crazy little spark of inspiration and turn it into something they can actually wear.

Now I’m taking something I’ve loved for years and turning it into something bigger.

I’m working toward becoming a licensed cosmetologist, continuing to learn, practice, make mistakes, improve, and discover what kind of stylist I want to be. I’m especially drawn to the cuts, colors, alternative styles, and transformations that allow me to think outside the box. I want to create hair that feels like the person wearing it — whether that means something soft and classic, bold and colorful, edgy and alternative, or completely unexpected.

And behind all of this is my family.

I have an incredible husband who supports me, encourages me, and believes in me even when I doubt myself. And then there’s my son, who has autism and absolutely LOVES when I color his hair. ❤️ He’s one of the biggest reasons I keep pushing forward.

THEY are the reason I’m here.

Every late night, every practice session, every new technique I’m learning, every frustrating moment, and every little victory is part of building a future for us. I want to create a career that allows me to provide more for my family while also giving me something incredibly important — more time with them.

My motivation is endless because it isn’t just about becoming a hairstylist.

It’s about creating something of my own.

It’s about turning a lifelong passion into a career.

It’s about making people feel confident, comfortable, and unapologetically themselves.

It’s about showing my son that it’s never too late to chase something you’ve always wanted.

And it’s about building a life where I can do what I love while still being there for the people I love most.

This is only the beginning of my journey.
