About me
Textured hair representation & curly hair care is what my education consisted of until attending Aveda Institute. After various trips to the salon where I left feeling unsatisfied, I learned how to cut my own hair. Since then I have been practicing with my friends & family members, and their encouragement led me to the program I am in now. Moving forward, I will take steps to broaden my skill set for cutting coils & wavy hair, protective styles, adolescent hair, and how to handle better clients who are neurodivergent.

Why I'm here
Creating a welcoming environment where anyone can walk in and leave feeling confident about their hair is why I continue to pursue a career in cosmetology. Hair is another form of art I love channeling through, and being able to give my clients the results they are looking for is the inspiration to impact the world.
