Austin Clark

Hey there! My name is Austin and I am a cosmetology graduate from Douglas J Aveda Institute in Royal Oak, Michigan. Hair was always a passion of mine from creating "small businesses" braiding hair for my friends when I was young to cutting my fiance's hair and cut, coloring, and styling my soon-to-be mother in law's hair during 2020. After graduating from Central Michigan University in the fall of 2020, I got myself a corporate job but realized there was more that I wanted to do. I fell back in love with doing hair during the pandemic that I figured there is was no better time to follow my dreams and passions by going back to school for cosmetology! 

Throughout my education, I fell in love with all of my blonding services but no worries, I have an equal amount of love for cutting, styling, and even my dark hair guys and gals! I am currently in the processing of becoming Masters of Balayage certified and Bellami I-Tip certified. I look to eventually become certified in weft and tape in methods as well. 

I am now behind the chair on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at Hart & Harlow in Royal Oak!
