Awaken Hair & Day Spa is a full-service hair and day spa located in the heart of Chardon, Ohio. Founded by licensed barber and stylist Lydia Taylor Robinson, the salon has deep roots in the community dating back to 1992 under the name Hairnook, Inc. After years of serving clients in Munson Township and Newbury, Lydia expanded her vision by purchasing a freestanding building in Chardon in October 2015, transforming it into a beautiful day spa. Rebranded as Awaken Hair & Day Spa in January 2016 and officially opened in March 2016, the spa offers a welcoming team of five skilled stylists along with nail and massage services — all designed to help you relax, refresh, and feel your best.
