About me
My name is Bailey, I'm your southern belle! Born in Texas and raised in Glenwood Arkansas. Hair has always been my destiny. Fresh out of high school in 2017, I dove headfirst into the beauty industry, attending UOFA Rich Mountain Beauty School in Mena, Arkansas, where I completed 1,500 hours of training. My love for hair was undeniable, but life threw me some challenges, and I lost my way while battling drug and alcohol addiction.
In 2023, I made the life-changing decision to pack my hair and makeup bags and move to Florida for my third treatment center. This time, I was determined to turn my life around. I completed the program, got my head back on straight, and reignited my long-lost love for hairstyling. Staying in South Florida felt right—it was the perfect place to rebuild my life and career.
Today, I am proud to be 2 years sober and optimistic about my future in the hair industry. Inspired by my mother’s 25-year career and her success as a salon owner, I am committed to building my own path and expanding my clientele in South Florida. Hair is far more than a career to me—it’s my purpose, my passion, and my way to connect with others.

I’m here because I’m ready to grab hold of this amazing opportunity and take my career to the next level. Hairstyling isn't just something I do, it's who I am. While I faced some tough times battling addiction, it never stopped me from knowing deep down that this industry was where I belonged.
After attending my third treatment center in Florida and reclaiming my life, I knew it was time to reignite my love for hair. I stayed in Florida to rebuild my life and career, and I’m here now with a stronger sense of purpose than ever before.
I’m here to learn, to grow, and to surround myself with like-minded artists.
Inspired by my mother, who has spent 25 years building a career and two salons of her own, I’m determined to follow in her footsteps and make my mark in the industry.
