I’m Beckie Lopes—salon owner, Redken educator, and stylist. With over 20 years in the industry, I’ve built Rlo Salon as a teaching salon where stylists grow, clients glow, and great hair is pretty much a guarantee. I’m passionate about creating beautiful blondes, building confident stylists, and giving every guest an unforgettable experience.
