Bellaine Molotla

I’m a recent esthetics graduate currently preparing to take my state board, and I’m really excited to start building my career in the industry. I’ve always been passionate about skincare, but even more than that, I love connecting with people and helping them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.

While in school, I knew I wanted real insight into how a spa operates day-to-day, so I began working as a sales specialist at Hand & Stone. That experience has given me a strong understanding of client interactions, consultations, and the flow of a busy spa environment, things you don’t always fully see in school.

I’m someone who truly believes you can never learn enough in this field. I’m always looking to grow, improve my skills, and stay open to new techniques and education. I’m especially interested in finding a spa that’s willing to train and invest in me as I expand into advanced treatments like laser and corrective skincare.

My goal is to grow long-term within a med spa environment where I can continue developing my skills, build strong client relationships, and be part of a team that’s focused on both results and genuine care.
