About me
My name is Brandy A. Wallace, and I am a licensed esthetician, educator, and beauty industry professional with over 20 years of experience as an esthetician and 12 years as an instructor. Throughout my career, I have worked in multiple roles within the beauty industry including esthetician, instructor, spa professional, manager, education leader and Beauty School Director.
My passion lies in helping individuals grow within the beauty and wellness field. I specialize in skincare education, professional development, and empowering estheticians to build successful and sustainable careers. Over the years, I have mentored students, developed educational programs, and trained professionals across multiple areas of the spa and beauty industry.
In addition to clinical esthetics education, I provide professional training inretail sales strategies, back bar product knowledge, spa business operations, and professional development. My goal is to help beauty professionals not only master treatment techniques but also develop the business and communication skills necessary to thrive in the industry.
I am also the founder of Skinformation Academy, an educational platform dedicated to providing continuing education, professional development, and career guidance for estheticians at every stage of their journey. Through this platform, I focus on bridging the gap between traditional beauty school education and the real-world demands of the modern esthetics industry.
My work combines science, wellness, and education to help professionals deliver safe, effective, and results-driven treatments while building profitable and fulfilling careers.
I believe that knowledge is one of the most powerful tools we can give someone, and I remain committed to using education to elevate individuals, strengthen the beauty industry, and create new opportunities for growth and leadership.

After 20 years as a practicing esthetician and 12 years as an instructor, I have witnessed firsthand how the right guidance, mentorship, and professional training can change the trajectory of someone’s career.
Throughout my journey in the beauty and wellness industry, I have developed a deep passion for helping others grow. Whether I am teaching skincare techniques, training professionals on retail strategies, back bar product knowledge, spa business operations, or professional development, my goal is always the same—to equip beauty professionals with the knowledge, confidence, and tools they need to succeed.
I am here to share my experience, to inspire growth, and to help elevate the standards of our industry. I believe that when estheticians are properly educated and supported, they can create thriving careers while providing meaningful care and transformation for the clients they serve.
Most importantly, I am here to continue learning, leading, and contributing to an industry that has given me so much. My mission is to empower the next generation of beauty professionals through education, mentorship, and opportunity.
