To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.

Hi I'm Breanna but you can call me Bre!
I grew up in the hair industry, my mother started doing hair and as I grew up watching my mother help people achieve the hair of their dreams it truley inspired me. All I want to do is help people realize how beautiful they truley are and show that their hair defines who they are and helps make a statement.
When I started hair I was accepted in a trade program my sophmore year, then I started the program my junior year and had until my senior year graduation to finish. I was in the top 5 in my cosmetology class when I graduated. while also in cosmetology school I joined SkillsUSA which is a competition for trade schools to compete against other trade schools with their different programs. I did not further in the competition but I did make the SkillsUSA team for indiana where I was the state secretary.
After I graduated cosmetology school I worked full time for Smartsyle for almost 3 years while also going to college to get my business management degree. When Covid hit the United States and we shut down i decided that it was time to make my career seriously. I left the corporate salon and went into a private salon Empress Beauty Salon where I had a flexible scheduale and more time to learn more in my career. I started going to teach classes on my days off at Warsaw Area Career Center School of Cosmetology and at Fairfield Cosmetology Salon. I wanted to help change our industry and the only way to do that is to start with the younger generation. Showing them the true colors of what our industry is really like. Helping them learn more now than having to teach themselves when they graduate cosmetology school.

I'm here because I want to create a difference in our industry. I want to help people understand different techniques, color brands, and ways to make a better living for n our industry. I also want to help other stylist connect with their clients or even with new clients. connecting clients allows the stylist to understand theirwants and needs and make the clients feel comfortable. Your client should be #1 priority in this career. once you get your client comfortable they're going to let their friends, family, coworker, and acquaintances know who they're going too.
